Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 9, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to the Time Champ software (operated by Snovasys Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) can be cancelled, the notice periods that apply, and the circumstances under which refunds are available. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service; in case of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

1. Subscription Term

The license term for the Software commences on the Software Commencement Date and continues for twelve (12) months (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, the subscription automatically renews for successive one-year Renewal Terms unless either party provides at least ninety (90) days’ prior written notice before the end of the then-current term. Failure to provide timely notice results in automatic renewal, and the Client shall be liable to pay all applicable Subscription Fees for the full Renewal Term.

2. Non-Refundable Subscription Fees

All Subscription Fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

No refund or chargeback right arises due to any of the above. The remedies expressly set out in our Service Level Agreement and Terms of Service represent the Client’s sole and exclusive remedy for any service-related issues.

3. Cancellation & Notice Period

Either party may elect not to renew this Agreement by providing at least ninety (90) days’ prior written notice before the end of the then-current Term. Termination under this Section shall take effect only at the end of the applicable Term and shall not permit termination mid-term.

During the notice period, all contractual obligations, including payment terms and service usage, shall remain fully applicable. Any prepaid fees shall be non-refundable, and services shall continue to be available until the completion of the notice period unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

4. How to Submit a Cancellation Request

To submit a non-renewal or cancellation request, send written notice to support@timechamp.io from the registered Client account’s primary email. Your notice should include:

7. Data Retention After Termination

After the termination date, Client Data will be retained for a limited period in accordance with our standard backup and retention practices, after which it will be securely deleted from our active systems. Clients who wish to recover or export data after termination must do so before the termination date or pay the applicable post-termination data export fee, subject to data still being available within our retention window.

8. Pro-Rata License Increases

Any increase in the number of licenses during the Term will be charged on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period of the subscription. Reductions in the number of licenses will only take effect at the end of the then-current Term and do not entitle the Client to a refund of fees already paid.

9. Service Credits for SLA Breaches

In the event of loss, corruption, or unavailability of Customer Data caused solely by Snovasys’s systems, Snovasys will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore affected Customer Data from available backups. If restoration is not commercially reasonable, the Client’s sole and exclusive remedy is a service credit determined by Snovasys acting reasonably, applied against future Subscription Fees. Any such service credit shall not exceed the fees paid for the affected SaaS Service for the month in which the incident occurred.

10. Changes to This Policy

Snovasys may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above and post the updated policy on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.
